Bitget Wallet cuts on-chain TRON USDT transver costs by 50%

Bitget Wallet is offering TRC‑20 USDT transfers at half cost in a new promotion, with the first transfer free. Bitget Wallet is giving users a cheaper way to send stablecoins. On Thursday, June 3, the platform announced an upgrade to its GetGas feature, cutting the cost of sending USDT across the Tron Network (TRX) in half. In addition, the wallet will offer a gas-free transfer for the first transaction. According to the Bitget Wallet team, the app is now the most efficient option among major wallets for USDT transactions. The team explains that this is part of its strategy to reduce friction for DeFi apps and make decentralized finance more accessible to ordinary users. “Our vision is to make Web3 as seamless as Web2,” said Jamie Elkaleh, CMO of Bitget Wallet. “TRON USDT transfers have long been efficient in theory but frustrating in practice due to inconsistent gas mechanics. GetGas solves that by handling the complexity behind the scenes and delivering a reliable, cost-effective experience that users can trust.” You might also like: Tron jumps after $1b USDT mint as Nasdaq listing draws closer TRON breaks $80 billion in USDT supply Bitget Wallet enables gasless transfers through its GetGas feature, which supports multiple major blockchains.
